If you want to make a difference, out them before the resonators. Those things neck down to 1.5" diameter for about 12" in length on each side. It also depends on warranty issues if you think it's a good idea or not. I take off my nitrous stuff when I take mine in. I don't know if two dumps would fly at the dealership but I guess that depends on the shop you'd take it to.
