The service guy recognized that this was a chronic problem with the Titans and has ordered the new parts for the brake fix (at least a month wait). Until then, they machined my rotors and the judder has gone away for now.
Hopefully I'll be trouble free for my trip to Cadomin this weekend (weather permitting) and my trip to Van Isle in a couple of weeks. Holidays are coming and I can't wait!!!!!
No other major probs with the Titan. A few rattles and minor problems. I'm really unimpressed with the build quality of this truck but I still really enjoy driving it.
BTW - I'm having really good luck with gas mileage. I got nearly 22 mpg travelling from Calgary to Edmonton at about 120kph without any wind to speak of. I am thrilled about that!!! I'll update when I know more about my MPG while pulling a trailer. I'll be doing alot of pulling in the next few weeks. It will be about 6,000 lbs or so.

I haven't experienced any brake problems on my 2004 Titan King Cab with just over 12,000 kms - what do you mean by "judder" ???
Ever since I got by the 7,000 km mark, my solo gas mileage has been in the 20.5 to 22 MPG. I just back from a tour of the Rocky Mountain National Parks in Alberta a total of 3,700 kms pulling a 5,500 lb travel trailer - average gas mileage 13.2 MPG - average speed 105 kph utilizing both 4th and O/D (depending on terrain and wind)
