Again, thanks for all the replies. Is the high insurance costs with autos or homes or both? Can you guys give me a ballpark yearly rate for insurance. I pay under $1k/yr for the Titan and I have a clean record. As for work location, I have my own business and can work from home or find an office near the house so commute is not an issue. Is Missouri city a nice area? TIA!
