I reload my own .45 shells, since any good target round is just too expensive in bulk. For .22's, Federal has come out with a new offering called "Champion" that I believe is replacing the old Lightnings. It's a very accurate load in my guns, and at around $12 a brick, very affordable to shoot a lot.
