But seriously, a nice inline 6 turbo diesel under 300ci. Maybe 250 hp/400 ft-lbs and 20 city/ 28 hwy. NICE! I'd be sold.

I totally agree, Tommy. If Nissan were to do something like that, I am willing to bet the market would go wild over it. Gas prices going higher and higher, and the diesel would offer some pretty good performance, too. Probably not the power the Endurance engine has, but some definitive mileage gains. Europe has it figured out, I don't know why manufacturers here won't do the same.....????
