I like my truck, But... I've experienced it and read about here on the forums. Customer Service at least in Nissan Serviced Departments isn't that great. Now if they are winning awards.. Jeez, that means to me that the whole scale is rated at various levels of excrement. As bad as Nissan is, the rest are even worse..
