Lots of guys are running 20's. A search will get you what you want. I notice your signature suggests you are set up for speed and not off-road. Those 20's will slow you down because they are heavier - alloy weighs more than rubber.
If you stay the same approximate height - 32.5 to 33 inches tall, you will not have any speedo error.
I don't think anyone has found a way to bypass the speed limiter due to the way it works in our system. And, having been up to the limit - 114-116 a couple times myself, I'm not sure I would want to go faster, as our aerodynamics are not good for higher speed and our tires are not speed rated for speeds any faster. You would need V-rated tires.
BTW, the BFG T/A All-Terrain KO's are awesome, but they are not a sport truck tire - they are an LT construction, heavier sidewall, more plys and intended for good off-road performance while still being reasonably quiet.
Just a thought or two. Others may have different opinions.
