Took two months to get issue resolved, never called me. I always have to call to see if parts came in. Today it finally got fixed but they f**ked up my dash (4 scratches about 1 in. long around the instrument panel. They were checking my dimmer swith. Didn't notice till I got home, call them back left my name and number but no call so far.

Also try to ripped me off on my Bird Dog (referal money) at first acted like they don't know anything about it than make excuses like check don't get cut on premise and sh!ts like that.
Follow up to this, I went in to get my headlight replace due to water. Went and ask for my referal money, now they couldn't find it and finally say they misplace the paper work. Told them I didn't give a sh!ts about the money it's the principle. I'm steaming already when I went to get my truck, the headlight was put on crooked big gap all around, Told the service advisor it's not exeptable and to get it right. He started giving me BS like that's how it's supposed to be, and these are not adjustable. The bolt are in the right locations. I told him to go look at any Titan or Armada on the lot, and if it was his truck would he accept it? Now he told me my truck must have been in an accident and we should go over to the bodyshop. I say it's never been in an accident but sure as hell look like it with this kind of workmanship. That set me off and next thing you know they had to calm me down in the showroom. The GM came out and we walk to the service area, he got the Service manager and we all looked at the lights. They had three guys trying to get it right. All they had to do was adjust the darn thing in the right position before tighten up the thing. It's was finally on there right. The next day there was a follow up call to see about my experience at the service department, told the caller " well if I ain't got nothing good to say I'm not going to say nothing at all".
