Check out the front kit install instructions for a toolist. One can be found here:

But basically you need a socket set, torque wrench, a "hefty" hammer (3lb sledge works great), good jack, jackstands, drill w/ 13/32" bit. Pretty basic tools and a little time are all you really need.
