Sorry man, I am keeping the "punched out" secondary cats for future emergency just in case I need to swap them when my Titan is due for it's first visual inspection in 2 years.

However, I ordered my straight flow resos from Modern Performance for $47 apiece delivered and am very happy with their performance. I have yet to hear my exhaust "pop" at WOT. It also made the idle & accelaration tone a tad deeper like my old 71 GS Skylark with Hooker headers. More photos of my reso install here.
That's understandable, sorta why I still have my oem exhaust in the corner of my garage. I don't think you'll have any problem passing emissions since you still have your cats. It's my theory that Nissan installed those second cats on the 4WD Titans as a spark arrestor, not for any emissions reasons.

If I ever get a welder I'll probably end up installing something like those resonators with some straight 2.5" pipe from the headers back. Should help get rid of the crackling I now hear. Another thought I had was installing resos down stream from the muffler, just prior to tips, in an effort to get rid of the drone. I'm contemplating just trying all different kinds of configurations till I get it sounding right then redoing the whole thing with new tubing.
