Rob, based on your date, you should have the latest front rotors. According to posts here and at ClubTitan, the Canton factory started installing new rotors in mid-May.
The new front rotor has a 3/8" concave depression around where the braking surface joins the tophat (or hub) of the rotor casting. You can see it and feel it with a finger tip. Compare this with how the brake surface joins the tophat on the rear rotors - square cross-section on these.
Then there's the thickness of the braking surfaces, compensated for by a thinner vented or webbed area between them. There's an excellent photo of new and old side-by-side posted here, if you'd do a search on "front rotors". The new rotor's braking surfaces are thicker (375 mm) than the old (290 mm) if I remember the numbers correctly. If you have a micrometer, or even a decent metric ruler and want to take a wheel off, this'll probably give you the most definitive evidence.
Contrary to some posts, the new front rotors are the same overall size as the old. The big difference is the thicker braking surfaces. It's possible the cast iron might be a different blend, too. I've seen no hard info on this - just speculation.
I don't know to tell which version of pads you have. Those of us who've had the "final fix" (NTB 04-066c or later) report little if any dust on the wheels. My fix was just 2 weeks ago, so I can't really say for a while yet. You'd think the factory'd use the same pads the dealers do.
Hope this helps.
