Tuners are just grocery getters/basic transportation that kids have adopted as performance vehicles. I always get the excuse: But they can't afford much. BS. They get new. We earned money and bought used and got a real car, and didn't have Daddy buy us a new car so little Johnny wouldn't have to worry about getting stranded. Tuners are just cars that are cubically challenged.
