I have a custom true dual exhaust that exits in front of the right rear tire similar to the Lightning. Click on the exhaust links below my SIG for pics.
I am a firm believer that lesser backpressure equates to more power. The recent dyno (Mustang Dyno) on my Titan supports this belief. What is exciting is the massive torque of 347.3 ft-lbs@ low 3750 rpms. Apparently, add 8% to these numbers to get 375 ft-lbs of Dynojet equivalent.
I credit the dual
2.5" "short run" - "minimal turn" Mandrel bent pipes with two
"rifled" straight flow
Ractive glasspacks for this power gain. Contributory to all this power is the
X-pipe, replacement of the secondary catalytic converter with straight flow resonators + the Volant CAI.
