I had the wiring harness TSB done with no problems. That setting they talk about will only cause a hard to start situation. It will start and when it does, the ECU sets the idle automatically. I learned this early on before the TSB when I disconnected the battery overnight and called Nissan because it didn't want to start as easy as it always did.
