Nissan sells Titans with custom 20" rims. Why should these 20s affect the warranty and/or differential.

Niether, the offset. This is how deep the center of the rim is in relation to the edges. If you have no offset, the center will be centered halfway from front to back. If as you add or subtract offset, the rim will move closer in or stick more out from the truck. 20" is meaningless. The outer diameter of the tire is all that matters. Also, 10" is pretty much meaningless as you can always have the rim stick out more. I have 305-55-20 tires on mine so they will fit. I needed to use a heat gun to melt the inner fender well slightly to stop rubbing. Took 2 minutes and looks stock. They can do this for you. What you need to worry about is how close in or how far out the tire sticks from the truck. Too far in and you will rub. Too far out and it will look funny and spray rocks/etc. on the side of the truck. Also, you need to make sure the design of the rim doesn't rub on the brake calipers. Like I posted earlier, don't worry about them fitting. They will. You just need to make sure you have the correct offset and that they won't rub the brake calipers. Plenty of people have 20x10 by the way also. Contact the back office and ask them what offset you need for that rim to fit a Titan. If you don't want to have the heat gun treatment, just get 305-50-20 and you will be fine. They will be about 1" shorter, and the truck will be 1/2" lower, that's all.
