the off-road shop took care of the problem, no questions asked. They showed me what happened in their opinion. The wire was definetley rubbing on the tire as the wear marks on the tire indicate. They claim the wires were in the clamps when it left, but ziptied them this time just to be safe. but the wire got caught in the clamp probably during a turn and suspension drop and pretty much cut it though. At this point i don't really care becuase all is secure and working, although i will keep an eye on things.
