About 2) The rear blocks are a piece of cake to put on, definitely get the Bilsteins to go with them, took me little over and hour to get everything on and tight. Don't know about the front personally, since I made the mistake of putting on the Daystar spacers and it took all day, but after reading what others have done, it sounds much easier and simpler to do the PRG leveling kit. I had to use a coil spring compressor to put on mine, you won't have to with PRG. Good luck and have fun modding!!
