Just a thought, but your tires may not be balanced properly. It's difficult to balance these large tires. I had a shimmy at certain speeds but then had the tires balanced properly and the shimmy is gone at all speeds.
Also, I dont know if your rims are hub centric or not, but if they aren't make sure you have some hub rings. Good luck.
