Herbpov - as far as what I put in mine, I'm kind of with Swarren going on experience and driving habits, I have quite a bit of experience with this stuff over the last few years on the job, towing, frequent drives up and down mountains, along with family, friends and co-workers, everyone seems to have the best luck with this. It is very pricey and Royal Purple is about to raise prices the cheapest I've been able to find is on ebay from this seller who is wonderful, sounds corny but I ordered a few cases for my brothers as gifts =
