You have a tow mode? I was under the impression that that only came with the Big Tow package... are you sure you don't have it (did your truck come with a Class IV hitch or the 2-piece mirrors)?

Anyways if you don't have it, your max will be around 7400 lbs (CrewCab knocks the capacity ~100 lbs for the added cab weight. 9500lb limit is only on the KC Big Tow package trucks.
