Re: How do I deal with the tire pressure sensor?
There was no extra charge to swap.
But after I got home from getting everything mounted one tire went completely flat, I'd say about 6 hours later. Had America's Tire fix that and now the light won't go off. I paid Nissan $80 to diagnose the problem. They said one of the sensors was bad, so I bought a new one from them, spent another $80. I had to take it to America's Tire because Nissan won't touch your aftermarket rims. America's Tire swapped out the bad sensor for $10 or so. I brought the truck back to Nissan to get the light reset and they told me another sensor is bad and they want another $80 to tell me which one. I said F-you and went home. Now I wish I had never put the damn things back on!
