My 2004’s left seal was leaking at 30K too. My dealer has replaced these often. My right has not shown signs of failure yet at 46K. I would guess the vent spit up from overfill and heat expansion. I could be off base though.
My JT helper springs have been on for well over a year and only recently strange banging noises have emanated from the rear of the truck upon acceleration. Sounds like the rear of the truck is pulling away from the frame. Love the Titan too, but it does keep things interesting at times.
That extended warrantee does provide me with a degree of comfort.

You may want the dealer to switch the pumpkin fluid to synthetic since you’re at the 30K mark with an ‘04.
