Go to eBay and get a decent set of Infinity (the reference series would be perfect for rears) 6.5 or 6.75's. You can get them for $50-$75. They will be perfect for rear fill.....

For the front's, Do a search on 6x9's, or if you want a better sound, find a nice set of 6.5's and build a mounting bracket for it. (do a search for write ups)

For the 6x9's, infinity, Boston acoustic, Memphis, and MB Quart all have reasonably priced, good quality speakers. If you want to go the better route with the 6.5's, the sky is the limit. If I was you, I would go check out a couple of stereo shops and demo what they have to offer. They will all claim that they have the best there is to offer, but make up you own mind on what sounds good to you. ED's, B/A, Focal, are top notch, but you will pay for them.
