well for 3 bills, its hard to do. Your definently only doing the fronts on $300. Get a hifonics amp, the titan series would be good.

For under $200 for an amp I reccomend hifonics because they have a ton of power, put out nearly what they are rated for, and aren't complete distortion.

Finding a good pair of speakers in a $150 is up to you. I don't reccomend the Alpines, I tried them this year and they sounded horrible in my setup. The memphis sounded good but had some really bright highs... after a week or two they were too bright. I did the JL VRs and wasn't satisfied with those either.
