Re: Nissan Committed To Titan Despite Missing Sales Target

This is the first Nissan I have ever owned and have to say Nissans customer service does not compare to Ford, Toyota, or Honda.

Too make a long story even longer, the dealer from Massachusetts who I bought my Titan from had to complete the deal in New Hampshire so I would not have to pay sales tax (we pay no sales tax in NH)... anyways, he was 3 hours late in delivering it! He kept on saying how he had to make sure the inspection was perfect, well when I got the vehicle, it looked like a third grader washed the thing. Then the next day I went to use the windshield wiper fluid to only have the light come on. The day after I had to put stuff in the side compartment only to have a broken latch.. well it was not broken but I have slam it as hard as I can to close it. I called the dealer and he told me he will have a look at it on my first oil change (which is free and is still 4k miles away).
