Im not sure what you mean by this either. Titans are ALL automatics. When one enguages in a speed contest, common practice is to jam the go pedal through the floorboard. As it is, taking our trucks past 5k RPM is slowing us down by taking our motors out of thier usable power range. Furthermore, manually shifting our tranny's has been proven to slow 1/4 mile times at the track by several tenths.
Relax, take a breath, accept that although the Titan is a quick truck in the world of stock trucks, it is not the end-all, be-all of performance machines.
I have a feeling the truck scene is rather tame in your hometown. In SoCal, the abundance of beast like trucks is amazing. A few days ago I watched a scsb silverado that looked and sounded stock launch from a 40+ mph roll and nearly wheelie into a 60mph two wheel burnout. Talk about power.
