I think after almost 3 years of the Titan being on the Market why would the VP of marketing and sales have to come out and defend the Titan. If Nissan doesn't get their Sh!t together on customer service and quality issues for some that have problems in that area of the Titan. The new Tundra will hurt Nissan more than anyone will think. (don't flame me, just a logical observation)
