I had the same problem with my ’04. My driveway is on a 17 degree incline and I park nose down. During a very hard rain storm the window leaked and stained the seat, which was folded down. The dealer replaced the window and cleaned the seat stain.

"We have never seen this before" is the common theme with this dealership.

Three things to note, the stain is still there and the dealer said I was SOL, the headliner was not installed properly (I fixed it), and the rubber window seal now falls out of place when I hit a bump. The dealer fix to this was to push it back into place. (Just waiting for it to fall out of place which may never happen as the truck has been at the dealer for a week now getting other warranty items fixed.)
