37L1, there is one more, but is an '06, incorrectly listed as an axle assembly failure.
Buzz, the only conclusion I can make is that some reports here may be just trolls. It's fun to post a failure here for them, but when push comes to shove, even they are not stupid enough to report a false failure to a Govt. Agency.
I'm not saying it's everyone, but quite a few have only had only a couple of posts, then seem to have dissapeared.
In any case it's far from a dead issue. In some cases rulings or decisions have been made to reimburse owners years after they have paid for repairs. Catalytic converters for instance, (GM?) The problem is, the offer is only good for the repair. If you've already had it done out of warranty, the offer doesn't do you much good.
