I had the same problem on my 04, they had to have a 3rd party company come and rip out the window, then re-seal it. What sucked was that it started leaking on my trip back from Florida to NY on my vacation..that royally sucked. I had to keep towels in the car to periodically dry the back before it leaked onto anything.

Even though I hated my dealership they did something smart here and actually had ordered another rear window just in case they broke mine taking it out (which they made sound like it was a very good possibility).

Once they fixed it it was fine.
