Leer/ARE - Fiberglass covers
pros : Color match to the truck, single lock, bling factor, more stylish shapes, more options available at additional cost, avail for King Cab
cons: approx 2x cost, Heavy, not as easy to remove, not as strong, requires more care to avoid scratches, more difficult to resell because of the color limitation

Undercover Tonneau = Plastic
pros : Lightweight 52lbs, Easy to install only need a ratchet and 30 minutes. Removes in one minute, comes with hooks to hang on wall, Stronger Material = several people can stand on it, cheaper 1/2 the cost of fiberglass covers. Comes with LED lights.
cons: Not avail for King cab, Only available in Black, Two Locks instead of one central one.
