A Few Weekend Projects - Grill & Snowboard Rack

I wasn't able to install the leveling kit this weekend, but I kept myself busy installing my new billet replacement grill and a locking snowboard rack for my utili-track system.
The grill instructions said that it would take about 45 minutes... Bwahaha, yeah - right! Took me more like 2 hours! Cutting out the old grill with the dremel and smoothing down the edges was a real B!TCH! But the outcome was worth it. The grill looks awesome.
The snowboard rack was kind of a spur of the moment project. I've been worried about my boards sitting in the bed when I travel and I had two Thule snowboard racks that came off my old expedition roof rack. So, I cut two aluminum tube crossbars and mounted them to the utili-track cleat things. Then I just mounted the racks to the crossbars. Works like a charm and it only cost me $15 (for the tubing)!
Oh yeah - and I inverted the license plate holder on the front bumper and installed a chrome frame. I like it better this way. It sits a little higher up in the bumper cut-out, covering more of the hole/cooling equipment. I didn't want to install a lower bumper grill insert - too much chrome - to over blingy for my taste.
Here are some photos....
The 2" leveling kit will be installed Thursday or Friday. I'll post before/afters of that too.
