This is a very good thing to cut, paste, print, and carry in the truck... I reset mine after adding any mods that effect the engine output, and probably will do it after every service, just to make sure the ECU recalibrates itself... My engine's sound and response seemed to be very noticiable after the first time I reset the ECU, but it may have just been wishful thinking, anyhow I thought it was improvement after mods added...
