Race car drivers use what is called a "Cool Can", basically its a coffee can filled with dry ice and it has the fuel line run throught it in a coil pattern. The concept is to cool the fuel before it hits the carb's, therefore it caused a hotter combustion.

Neat Idea for the air, let us know if you get it to work.
