I'd bet dollars to donuts that it's going to be Ford, though. Ford has owned Cummins for several years now, but Cummins had the existing contract with Dodge which is expiring soon. That seems more logical to me.

0%. Ford has no connection to Cummins whatsoever other than they buy some ISB engines from Cummins for their medium duty trucks.
At one point in time Ford had somewhere around 10% share in Cummins, however Cummins bought all those share back many years ago.
