We have done several rear end replacements here at my shop lifted or not. lifts do not affect the rear end internally. you should have no problem. the rear end replacement takes a day to do when the part is in, usually 2-3 days to get to the dealer if they are not on backorder and yes they will give you a rental for as long as the titan is down.
