It seems that this noise you are talking about is the same noise i am calling a clicking niose. the tech at nissan did a search on there computor and they say that it is the wind up clips on the rear leaf spring allowing the springs to shift and make this noise. they ordered me a new set we will see if this solves it when they install them.
