Notice they gave 2 scenarios: actual parking lot speed bump, and taking curves at speed with no bumps. The point is, bumpsteer can be created without actual bumps, as long as the front suspension is compressed or extended to a certain degree, you will feel it if bumpsteer is poorly designed (which I believe is the case with our Titan suspension). That article is targetted for Mustangs with a simple $25 fix to reduce bumpsteer. I don't know of such a cheap fix for the Titan.
