It was a 18 mm wrench torqued to 100 foot pounds. I also had to chase out a couple threads (M12 x 1.25) with a tap to get the bolts in. I used a motorcycle jack to hold it up while I installed it if it wasn't for having to chase out the threads it would have taken less than 1/2 hour. OEM hitch at Nissan $230 came with 2 relays but I still had to buy another one for the second turn signal.
