My recommendation would be to visit

The owner builds the best AR-15 rifles hands down. If you have a buck or two you will not regret it.
Here is more advice. If you are shooting coyotes from a distance get a barrel with a 1:7 twist. This allows you to shoot a heavier bullet which A. Is more accurate in wind and B. Will hit larger prey harder. The slower the twist rate, such as a 1:9, the more accurate lighter bullets will be.
Now. I reload so I do not know how available hunting ammo is for a 77grain bullet which is what I shoot out to 300 yards. I shot a 80grain bullet at 600 yards.
Just check around for ammunition if you do not reload and make sure you can purchase ammunition with a heavier bullet. You will not regret shooting heavier bullets especially in wind at long distances.
