I keep mine at 10 psi also for everyday driving; the manufacture doesn’t want you to ride them empty. At 10 psi I practically don't even know they are there.

I have had them as high as 40 psi when towing my equipment trailer and tractor, maybe its overkill considering I also have an Equalizer hitch with that setup. But, I also like the fact that I can load about 700 pounds of ready-mix cement into my bed and my rear end doesn’t sag.
