I am for it, can't see why working a extra hour or 30 minutes a day ( shorter lunch ) and getting every other Friday off is bad.
My question to anyone who has done this, what's the pro's and con's ? A lot of people have asked me about it and of course since I am for it it's all positives.

P, I have done this before, we(Fed Gov.) call it flex scheduling. You work 8 days at 9 hours, and 1 day at 8 hours, and have every other Fri. off. We had a choice of our day off. Some would take the first or second Mon, and others took the first or second Fri. It is really nice to have a three day weekend every two weeks. I think you'll like it!!  |
