'Air' is not a molecule- its a combination of elements that are not chemically bonded.
If you're worried about rusting- how are you protecting the outside of the tire/ wheel? It's exposed to air/ water all the time.
I'm not dismissing the idea totally- I just haven't heard a real compelling argument to convince me it's worthwhile on a street truck.
