Dealer / Location: Clay Nissan, Dedham MA
Service Person: Dealt with a few of them
Service: Tried to BS me and charge me $500+ for pads and rotors to fix brake juddering when it would have been covered under the TSB! They tried to tell me that it was a heavy vehicle and that I couldn't expect more then 25039k miles on the brakes. I wonder if they would have also billed Nissan for the brake judder and double dipped? Good thing I had the collective knowledge of this forum and a copy of the TSB to know enough to recognize this BS. Took it to another dealer:

Dealer / Location: Mastria, Raynham MA
Manager: talked to three of four people there
Service: What a difference!!! They were all very professional. After a quick verification of the problem, they said it would be fixed and I could pick it up in 4 hours! They even turned down the rear rotors at no charge to make sure the juddering would be fixed - couldn't believe the other dealer wouldn't fix it under the TSB since it was an obvious juddering issue.
