Maybe I am doing something wrong and my dealership says the AC is working fine but I can not shut it off. Here is the problem, I turn on the Defroster in the morning and after about 15 minutes I do not need it anymore so I turn the RH knob to recirc, which should turn the defroster off, but it still blows cold air. The center knob AC light is not on. I drive 35 minutes to work (in the South) and the it still blows cold air. If I get to a traffic light and shut the truck off and restart it the truck will stop blowing cold air. I have tried turning the left knob (on-fan speed) all the way off and wait about 10 minutes but when I turn the knob back to fan speed the air blows cold. The only way I can stop the cold air after I use defrost is to turn the truck off and restart it. The dealership said that is the way it is designed.
