Re: Air Conditioning won't shut off
The a/c compressor will run all the time while setting is on defrost. This is with all vehicles that I am aware of. Move selector to something other than defrost. if the light is still on, hit the center knob where the light is on and it will shut off. Sorry, I re-read your post and this will not work. I have a 04 and mine will not stay on as yours. Must be a problem.
