I don't have any pictures of the install, but here are the steps I use and have used many times to install them on many trucks...

You will ideally need two people for this to work, one on the jack, and one (you?) under the truck. A good impact wrench will make your life easier.

Perform this method one side at a time...

1. Block the front wheels so the truck doesn't move.

2. With the truck on the ground, unbolt the factory U-bolts and remove them (only one side at a time).

3. With the truck still on the ground, unbolt the bottom shock bolt (19mm).

4. Put a jack under the frame before the rear tire (somewhere under the rear door seems to work the best for good lifting leverage).

5. Begin to lift the truck slowly, while watching the lower shock bolt. A few inches up, you will be able to pull it out easily, when the shock is extended with no pressure on it from the top or bottom.

6. Continue lifting the truck until the leaf separates from the axle. It will be pretty high up, but it will eventually lift off the axle.

7. When the leaf separates enough, from the back of the truck, you will be able to slide the block into place with the alightment nut pointing down.

8. Lower the truck slightly to put some (not much) pressure back on the block and spring. At this point, you may notice that the leave has moved out slightly, and will not line up on the way down without some jiggling. This is normal, you will need to push the leaf pack around and/or slightly roll the tire forward or back until it lines up. The alignment nut on the leaf spring will pop into the hole on top of the block.

9. Once the block is seated and looks good, begin to lower the truck further. As you lower it slowly, watch the shock and align it with the lower mount on the way down, and re-install the lower shock mount bolt while there is no pressure on the shock. Tighten the lower bolt completely at this point, you are done messing with the shock.

10. Lower the truck completely and remove the jack. With the truck completely on the ground and the block seated and shock re-installed, its time for the new U-bolts. Make sure they are properly installed in on top of the leaf spring and begin start tightening the bolts. Make sure you tighten them evenly to get even pressure on the plate under the axle. In the end, you want roughly the same number of threads showing on each of the 4 studs. I think the factory u-bolt nuts are a 21 or 22 mm and the PRG should be the same (don't quote me on these sizes, I don't recall for sure).

11. Drink a beer, repeat on the other side.

This looks like a lot, but its very easy, I just wanted to be detailed enough to make it easy to follow. Under this method, the rear tire should never leave the ground, as you are jacking the truck up off of the axle.
