buy some interior paint that closely matches yours. At the dealership I work at, we have a interior guy who comes every week to touchup interior leather, dash, trim, carpet. Go to your local dealer, they may be able to set you up with that guy. If not, my local keystone bro.'s carry interior plastic paint. Used it once to convert my 200sx light gray pannels to black. Held up great too, no flakes.
