A stock bumper will probably cost $400-$500. And to drill the holes, if it doesn't already have them, takes effort. Add overhead, then that's what you get. $650 installed doesn't sound like a bad deal, dude.... especially considering that we don't know if there's any frame damage either!

I'd say call different dealer body shops to see what they say!
