Supposedly the show goes from 4pm through whenever, but I didn't go last time so maybe the guys from then can put in some knowledge.
West Valley peeps... I think we should meet up @ 99th ave and Mcdowell over by the costco or car wash by 3pm? Because it's near the freeways and people can get last minute refreshments
and truckwashes. Then head out.
East Valley people... who cares!!!
Just kidding!!! I'd think that you all meeting at Arizona Mills Mall, say over by the Krispy Kreme? would be the best option and fair to most eastsiders...
North Valley peeps should meet over at Desert Ridge off the 101 and tatum
Southsiders Meet at either Az Mills or with people on the West...
If you happen to be the only Titan Out at any of these places DO NOT WORRY! Just go straight to the rally point(Alamo) and wait for the calvary.
Rally Point - Casino Arizona On the East side of the 101 and Indian Bend. Planning on being there around 4pm. Then wait around for maybe 15-30 minutes for stragglers to catch up then cruising to the show in a Titan caravan.
We are going to need "Captains" for each meeting site - west, north, east. So that people can call and get directions or to confirm time or changes.
I volunteer to be one... any others?
All times and meeting points are preliminary and subject to change. However I feel it is best the we finalize meets/times before Wednesday so people can tie up loose ends accordingly.
I now open up the floor to the rest of you for discussion.
